RDS/MS Remote

I have been trying unsuccessfully to use the MS remote provider to access
remote sql server thru HTTP.
I can connect to the web server but when i try to execute a query i keep
getting the following error: INTERNET SERVER ERROR.
The best i could ever get was Internet Server Error: Object/Module not
found.
Seems i am missing some configuration on the web server .
If anyone could help i would appreciate.
