    Estou utilizando um TADOStoredProcedure que tem um parāmetro @PE_Taxa
    Numeric(9,6), mas que é interpretado pelo Delphi como ftBCD, quando atribuo
    o valor 0,123456 ele arredonda para 0,1235.
