With Delphi 7 and an Access 2002 .mdb file is it possible to read the
time/date a table in the database was created and/or modified?

Also is it possible to read/edit (with Delphi 7) the table desription? This
is the desrciption that can be read/edited with MS Access if you view a
    tables properties.

    Thanks,
