TADOConnection build at runtime?

If you drop a TADOConnection object on a TDataModule then right-click the
connection object, you can invoke a sort of wizard cum page-control dialog
that assists you to build the connection string... is it possible to invoke
that function at run-time? If so how.

I want to be able to let user choose their database connection dynamically
at program start.
