strange EOleException error

Hi all,
when I click a button to open an opendialog window to select a namefile by a form and dialog window closed, any command to try to connect to the database or active dataset with ADO, get me an error "EOleException - %1 not found", I can't understand this error and I'dont know how it is link to the opendialog window.
Can anyone resolve it or suggest another way ?
