Delphi + Server/Client + Application. Help

    Hi,

    I am creating a Delphi Application where a Client application connects
    to a Server Application. And if there are any files on the Client
    machine, then the files are uploaded to the Server machine.

    What components would you program the applications in and also what
    suitable websites are there for this?
