ADO MS Access

I have an app using Delphi 6, ADO , and MS Access.
I have database level password.
It is working on my machine.
I distributed EXE, MDB, and MDW files.
On other machine got " Can not start you app. the workgroup information is
missing
or opened exclusively by another user"

Anything I missing here.

Any information is great appreciated.
