DBGrid Record Change OnScroll

I've got a DBGrid (data controls) connected to a MS Access DB and everything
is working as expected. When there are a lot of records in the grid and it is
scrolled either the top or bottom record in the "view-port" gets
focus/becomes current depending on the scroll direction. I've tried a number
of different options/settings but I just can't get this to stop. I'd like to
have it that the current selection should ONLY change (from the first record
- when populated) on either a mouse click or navigation key event - NEVER on
a scroll event.

Any help would be appreciated.
