Migrating from MDB database to internet

I am new to internet or .NET programming, so I have a naive question:

I built pretty simple database application (customers database) in MDB (MS
Access) format with Delphi 7 ADO components. Now we need to share the data
via internet with other people. Is there a simpliest way how to modify this
applicatioon to share the data via internet or it is necessary to build the
whole new application with SQL access to domain server?
