D7P, Access 2000. I'm considering changing an existing application from using an ODBC/BDE over to
ADO. This is entirely due to making the install easier and smaller. I'm happy with BDE, but the
users can't create an ODBC DSN to save their life. In the past I've seen suggestions that makes the
switchover relatively painless, but can't find them now with Google. Specifically, I seem to
remember something about doing a search/replace on .dfm files, but what about a replacement for the
BatchMove component. Anything else I should be aware of? If anyone has a link or hints I would
appreciate it.
