ADO database problem

I have an ADO database that I am updating. I can update one record but when
I try to update the second record I get the following message:

Project Sales.exe raised exception class EOleException with message, "Row
cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it
was last read. Process stopped. Use Step or Run to continue."

If I press RUN three times the program continues with out fault. I have the
same problem on all entries after the first entry.

What can my problem be?
