noise from Tmediaplayer

Delphi 6 ,xp I wrote a program using ADO, TMediaPlayer and my audio (4 sec
long)is noisy for 2 seconds then the rest is ok.my speakers are good.
 winamp by istself is good.

So I moved my program to another computer , delphi 6,xp . The audio is great
on that one. So somthing in my delphi audio setup? help me
