sql script doesn't work using ADO in WinXP with AS400 CA v4r4

Hi:

Does any one know ADO working properly in Windows XP connected to ODBC with
AS400 Client Access Driver v4r4?

I tried using ADO to connect AS400 by linking Client Access ODBC driver, the
ADO connection is OK, but none of sql script working, it always got error.
But we have MS Access in that machine, it can get data from AS400 by linking
Client Access ODBC driver. How can I convince our customer that it's driver
issue rather then application issue? Also if I try to use CA OLE DB to
connect AS400, it shows connection error, no provider available. So I have
to choose ODBC.

Could anyone help me to point out what problem there? Many thanks.
