Microsoft ADO Extensions type library disapeared

Hi everyone,

Recently a tryed to recompile a very old project witch utilized Microsoft
ADO Extensions to build Access databases. During compile I got a "cannot
find adox_tlb", what is very natural since I havent imported this type
library in my new pc yet.

So I went to "Import type library" expecting to find " Microsoft ADO Ext.
2.8 for DDL and Security" or something similar, but it was not there!

The only thing with ado in my "import type library" section is: "Microsoft
ADO Data Control 6.0" but I need the functionality provided by Ado
Extension. I am using the same Delphi 5 Enterprise I used before, with a
full install.

The only difference is that I used Windows 98 back then and now I use
Windows XP. I tryed installing Microsoft Data Access Controls 2.7 but
nothing appeared in my import type library windows =( Also I have MS Access
XP installed

thanks in advance,

Felipe
