So it seems I need to have installed driver/DLL in the client machines ?
Basically, the client's machine probably have Access installed but not 100%
sure, just in case they don't have that installed, I need to take it into
account, I may have 100 client machines across the country.
Win 2k and XP machines should be fine.
If you are in doubt have them install the latest MDAC version and Jet Service
pack
OP: The key word in Brian's post is "THEM". Have /them/ install it if they need it. Don't download the MDAC setup and include it in your installation, even though it seems like a neat thing to do.
You can cause problems of version conflicts (some other app on the system may require a particular MDAC version, trust me, it happens), and also localisation issues - you don't want to install a US English MDAC on a system that's set up for a Swedish user.
