Well thanks again to Vassil. It seems that TBetterAdo did the trick.
Only trouble now is when I update a row (change data and post the grid row)
when running the app from the IDE I get an EOleException "Row handle
referred to a deleted row or a row marked for deletion." (this happens in
BetterADODataSet.pas in Procedure CheckForFlyAway; in the line
Recordset.Bookmark:=Recordset.Bookmark;). But when I run my exe everything
seems fine. Any ideas on that?
