I'm using Delphi 7 to open an MS Access table and it just runs forever
at 100% cpu. Other tables open OK. I've tried it with both BDE and ADO
- same result. Thought it must be corruption, but I repaired the db in
Access. Also exported to SQL then imported back to Access, no change.
No errors during this process.
If I remove all indexes, then it opens immediately. Put back 1 index
and it runs off into the night like before.
Any ideas?
could you show us your connection string? What version of JET are you
using to connect via ADO? Have you checked the MDAC version or repaired
it?
