You are posting in the ado newsgroup instead of posting in the ado-net
newsgroup where you are much more likely to get a good answer.<g>
I have never tried to connect to an Access database from .NET but I do
recall seeing messages from people who have in the ado-net group so
either post there or search the newsgroup archives or both.
