Error using locate

Hi,

For the first time I am usin an 'Access' database in my application. Everything is working fine except for the 'Locate' function in one table.

I have a numeric non indexed field, and I need to find a record with the information I have on this field. For some numbers the Locate function works properly and put the correct record as the current one. But for other numbers it goes to the first record and returns True.

Am I doing something wrog?
