To recover the name of an action to execute

Hello;
With Delphi 7 data base Microsoft access
I have add to my data base a table (ListeAction) with two fields (code, description) containing a list of the names of the actions to execute every liver that I open my application
I use the ADOdataset component to reach the table
The question is:
How to return the property enabled = false of the action that is name is in the registration activates
