ADOX and TurboDelphi question


Hello all,

I'm in needing of an answer concerning ADOX and Turbo Delphi.
In Delphi 7 is possible to establish a reference to the ADOX type library by the means of Project menu, then choosing Import Type Lybrary.
At home I'm running since yesterday Turbo Delphi and I've noticed that under Project menu there isn't any possibility to to that.

Now my question is:
how can I do to establish a reference to the ADOX type library in TD? (someone told me about using tlibimp.exe, but how can I do? Where can I find an example concerning the use of tlibimp.exe?)

And, if it would be impossible: how can I create an Access Database from runtime?
