Ado Query and Screen.Cursor

Hi

I have TAdoConnection and TAdoQuery in an Application (D6)
The Application should run in the background.
But every time it's doing a query, it changes the Cursor to crHourGlass
for a while. This is annoying. How can I avoid it?
