Crash problem because of Language selection

Hello.

ENVIRONMENT:
Delphi 6, MS Access 97 via ADO and ODBC, Windows XP

I programmed application with English language selection in my operating
system. When I run program in same or other computer where is other language
selected (Croatian or Bosnian) my application crashes. Why? I would like to
use on all computer where doesn't matter which language is selected.
