D7 ACCESS INTEGRITY REFERENTIEL

Hi

Is there a way, with two tables (master & details) which are linked with
integrity referentiel, to delete and rebuild this command under D7.
I want to copie two tables? which are linked, from one database acces to
another but I get the message by the copy of the details table "it is not
possible to copy this table unless the referentiel integity is removed" or
something which mean that.
