Re: Components - SQL Server Compact Edition?

Thx Vassiliev V. V.,

However, I do not have an OLDEB provider listed. I know the end result
should be something like:
Provider=Microsoft.SQLSERVER.MOBILE.OLEDB.3.0;Data Source=myPath\myData.sdf;

The only OLEDB provider I have for SQL Server is:
Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Integrated Security=SSPI;Persist Security
Info=False;Initial Catalog=AdventureWorks2000;Data Source=OIC01

I have reinstalled "SQLServerCE31-EN.msi" but still cannot see a provider.

This is why I thought going the component route might be easier...
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thx again,
Kim.

You can use ADO components, or any components that work with OLEDB or
ODBC.

Hi there,
Apart from SDAC (Corelab), are there any other components that can be
used to connect to SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition?
Thx,
Kim.
