Querying a MS SQL View...

Hello,

We currently are using Delphi 5 and MS SQL 2005. We use an ADO connection
component to connect to the database and an ADO query component
(CursorLOcation = ad_UseServer; CursorType = ad_OpenKeyset) to query data
from the database.

As our database is growing rapidly, we are considering splitting one of our
tables and using a view (via UNION ALL) to query both tables at the same
time. As we are running some tests, we noticed that our query no longer
works properly. Indeed, even though IsEmpty is False (after running a
query), RecordCount is always equal to -1. Does anybody know what the
problem might be?
