Ado mdb network

I have an mdb database on the network with 2 applications
running on 2 computers,where one computer is the server
having the data base on it.The shared directory is of the form
//admin/.....
I am using ADOconnection and many ADOsql
I need a (triger) to know whene a record has changed
on one computer and how to update the other one.
Also if i need to do any thing special to ADOconnection component
