I've cured the problem :

Assigned another Stored Procedure to the TADOStoredProc's
ProcedureName and opened it.
Then re-assigned the correct Stored Procedure and opened it
again - works fine and now get the expected fieldnames in the
Field Editor.

Don't know why though !
