ISSUE WITH TADODataSet

Hi All,
I have an Application (D5+SQLserver) that uses TADODataSet to run StoredProcedure.
The problem I have is that when I run the application, it takes ages for the StoredProcedure to be loaded into DBGRID.
However if I run the same StoredProcedure from MS Sql Query Analyser, it runs fast.
What could be the problem? Any way round it?
