cs20Comps70.bpl ?

I'm converting a D5 enterprise project to D7 pro.
I thought I loaded all the packages but I get a compile error in D7
    'Required package cs20comps70 not found.'

The cs20comps70.bpl is in the windows\system32 and the serch path has it in
its path.
I must have missed a package install.
Does anyone know what package this bpl belongs to ?
