Version Info in Delphi 7 is incorrect in compiled application

The compiled Delphi 7 application does not display the version info entered
when using Windows Explorer in properties. Delphi 7 Professional Build
4.453 and Win XP Build 2600 were used. Is there a way to get the proper
information to be compiled into the application?
