How detect runed in delphi IDE or directly

I want to know detect how running application runned?
sometimes the app runned through delphi IDE and somtimes runned through and
shortcut on desktop. I want to detect it that I can change a value in my
program.
It is useful when debugging app and want some values be set as default to
test quicker and also not applied when app is distributed and runned
directly.
