Unfortunately, not very good ones. I would GUESS that this...

...is from an API call that is setting this...
ERROR_NO_SCROLLBARS
So the only suggestion I can offer is to search the newsgroups and the
MSDN for that error code. At a minimum, assuming that I'm correct, you
should be able to determine which API call is failing.
This one...

...is just plain scary. My SUSPICION is that the error message is
wrong.
