Thank you! - Mine just did the same (Delphi 7 - while I was dragging
toolbars around).
Interestingly right-clicking and selecting 'Component Palette' from the
popup list caused the main Delphi 'bar' to expand as though the component
palette was there ...but the palette remained invisible.
