Access violation in module 'rtl70.bpl'

When i close a particular application in Delphi7 i always get the error
- Access violation in module 'rtl70.bpl'
Thuis then crashes Delphi7 and i have to Ctrl+Alt+Del to close down delphi
and restart it before it will work again
Does anyone have any sugestions.
