Memory Manager Fastcode Challenge

Memory Management and application performance are currently a topic of
discussion in the Borland groups.

A Memory Manager FastCode challenge would be valuable, but it would require a
lot more work than typical challenges have been. Validation/Testing would be
more complex...multithreaded apps, multiprocessor systems, apps using
packages, etc.
