Hi

I am aware of previous discussions and QC reports, just want to be 100% sure
we are doing the best thing.

Is the general opinion that the RTL RoundTo is bad?

If it is then I will rename the challenge to RoundToEx. This means that we
will have free hands to modify the functionality.

Else I will keep the name and validate against the RTL RoundTo and our
functions will be true RTL replacements.

If you think that the RTL RoundTo is flawed, what exactly is the problem(s)?
