Hi

The benchmark is not stable. It passes the benchmark test, but I can make it
fail by hitting the Benchmark Button with the mouse and then using the Enter
key on it. Accuracy can be as bad as 15%.

I will add some reruns to make it better. Also moved the call to
QueryPerfFreq from the subbenchmarks to the OnCreate handler. Made the
TicksArray global too and moved the call to SetLength(TicksArray,
NoOfReRuns) to the OnCreate handler too.
