Rounding methods

I am not sure if this is the best group to post this question, but:

Does anyone know of any other rounding methods rather than round to largest or
round to even?

I am trying to duplicate a report generated by some payroll software(Summit) and
I found that in most cases it uses round to even, and sometimes not.
