Thanks a lot.

I hope to get the release out today - I have said this everyday for 10 days
now :-)

But it takes me some time to make some winner functions ;-) Especially now
that I must code all my MMX and SSE2 and SSE3 functions in machine code !

Observe how slow Pierre's function is here - many other times it is very
fast. I have not investigated it yet.

Is the function valid - against our new no overalloc rule?
