Problem FastcodeMM_BV045 build older MM Version

Hi,
I have a problem on build in case changing in the include file
FASTCODE_MM.INC from MM4 to an older version MM3.
I get in unit DKC_IA32_MM_Unit.pas the symbold HEAP_NO_SERIALIZE not
referenced! It looks like a missing a file in the use clause.
BTW: is there any documentation how to deal with this FastcodeMM_BVxxx
