The reasons we're not using D7 as our primary environment:
a) when it came out, it didn't offer any new functionality that we needed
Seemed like money down the drain to "upgrade" and buy new bugs.
b) a showstopper compiler bug (QC2258)
c) no service pack for almost 2 years in spite of clamor.
If an SP with some confidence-building fixes had come out in the first
couple of months after release, we would have switched to D7.
It *is* depressing that Borland has been unable to convince me to actually
upgrade Delphi for almost 4 years (and 3 major releases) now!
