Fastcode Minimum Processor

Hi

At the rules page

http://dennishomepage.gugs-cats.dk/Rules.htm

we state that 386 is the minimum processor supported in the RTL Replacement
target. I and John O'Harrow thinks that this should be changed to 486. Do
you agree?
