New scoring system poll closed

Poll results for the new scoring system poll follow below.

The poll is obviously in favor of introducing the new system, but
points for the new activities haven't been decided yet. Please vote in
the "Fastcode point assignments" thread dated 18-12-2005.

Only Anders, Atle, Dennis C and me have voted now.
