Possibly. Or:
- Use a different free library that can be rolled out with the B&V.
- Make the charting functionality pluggable and pre-compiled.
- Put the charting and reporting functionality in a separate (and
probably pre-compiled) program.
I'm kind of partial to the last one. It lets you reduce the complexity
(and size) of the B&V and removes barriers to entry for testers.
