The most important problem is that the current version migth have taken of
in an old version. All changes from release 1.x up to 1.9 have perhaps been
lost.


No changes has been lost. File named 1.9 is very old. Only problem
there has been is strange numbering : 1.9 -> 1.10 -> 1.20 -> 1.3.0
-> 1.4.0 -> 1.5.0. Middle digit has been 9 -> 10 and then dropped to
3 -> 4 -> 5. I have done that number mistake when I did 1.3.0 release.

B&V code and sort code were identical, only changes between 1.9 and
latest 1.5.0 were longer names in functions and addition of .bat system.
1.9 has some older JOH functions that have been dropped in newer and
replaced by newer ones.

Only change needed to fix Opteron problem in 1.5.0 was to resize
richedit component so that also longest lines stay in one line. 1.5.0
had same problem in my X2, it stopped on CompareText_DKC_IA32_11_a.
Sorry for bad 1.5.0 release :( Fixed version 1.5.1 is in Yahoo now.
