Fastcode CompareText B&V 1.5.2

Released at Yahoo.

Unfortunately there still are a few problems:

The "RTL" functions tested are an old one in 4 versions for alignment, which
are copied from the old RTL into CompareTextRTLUnit. The 2006 RTL function
is a Fastcode function and it should be called directly.

Because of this the RTL function sizes in the FunctionSizes.txt file are
wrong to.

Who volunteers to fix these problems?
