Fastcode CharPosRev B&V 0.6.2

Hi

Lets try to settle the details of the benchmark. I think the current
benchmark is basically OK, but we can still improve it.

Long strings and searches versus short strings and searches.

I think that normal use of a CharPos/CharPosRev is on quite small strings,
mostly 10-50 chars long, sometimes on longer strings 50-200 chars long and
very seldom on longer strings. What is your opinion?
