Fastcode site: Missing check-box

Hi

I can't find the check-box for notification the moderators.

Did Yahoo change or is it just me ?

One more thing, please check the check-box: "Notification: Send a message to
the group announcing this file." This will ensure that the moderators of the
site are immediately notified of any upload.
