I also made an error in my calculations
JOH_IA32_7 (704 Bytes) also uses the procedure StrToIntError which is
another 44 Bytes, making its size 748 Bytes. The 3 line StrToIntError
procedure will also need to be added to the QC you have created.
I am not sure about proposing a replacement RTL StrToInt function that is
only slightly faster but much larger than the existing version.
Since the current RTL version just uses the Val function (which is buggy),
and since we already have a Val challenge running which will produce a
faster bug-free Val, the gain from using a replacement StrToInt will be
minimal.
